Happy Birthday to me!

Today is my one month birthday! To celebrate this evening, there will probably be some laundry done, so I can have some fresh adorable clothes to take with me to Connecticut...maybe I will see if Dad will get Mom some cake so I can get some of the sweet stuff when I eat tonight.

Also, to celebrate, there is going to be some changes around here...First off, thanks to everyone who has been reading this blog...I'm glad that I have been able to keep everyone apprised of how the pregnancy went, and that you were all invested enough to keep up, and that so many people were so complimentary towards my blog.

Second off, as many of you have inquired, I figured I would let you know that I would, in fact, be continuing the blog. I figure, it's a fun way to keep people apprised of new and exciting things that are happening with me. If you haven't been keeping up, please feel free to start at the beginning....while not everything is great, there are a few gems in there that I am pretty proud of.

Thirdly, the blog has undergone an understandable, though slight change....it is now Titled, since I am now titled.

So, continue to stop by, and I will continue to update this as things happen. Thanks again, and I'll be talking to you soon!

To tide you over until my next post...Here are some pictures from the archives. The first is me looking skeptically towards one of my parents...

the second, is me in my jail cell,

the third is me covering my face and TRYING to get some shuteye...

the last one is of me in my little tupperware container....I was not, as I feared I would be, eaten. Rather, I was taken home, as most babies are, and joined my family.

Coming up later this week, I will be taking my first trip to Connecticut to visit a few more family members that I haven't yet had the honor of meeting. I will update you as events unfold...

Most babies? Are you saying they eat the rest of them? I knew those cookie cutters were too close to the truth...

Have fun on the roadtrip, Dot! I'm sure all the family will fall in love with you. I hope your mom and dad can handle you in the car. Remember, you don't want to give them TOO much trouble, or they'll make the rest of your life one big case of psychological trauma.

...Course, your dad might do that anyway...

My apologies for not replying sooner...

Teague...you were the one who first clued me into the cookie cutters, so I assumed you were aware of the baby eating epidemic that has spread throughout our culture. I'm sorry to have been the one to spring this on you.

Rachel...the roadtrip was surprisingly easy. I will blog more about it in the coming days (really) but I thank you for your well wishes. As for my Dad and the psychological trauma he inevitably brings to the table...well, I'm not sure he can help that.
